Brewers Assistant at Fairfax Brewing Company

This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement into a brewer position. Initially

the position will involve mostly brewery related cleaning, other entry level brewery tasks and

delivering to our wholesale accounts. With time the brewers assistant will be trained in the

brewhouse with the goal of becoming a brewer. A clean DMV record is required as well as a

positive attitude and the ability to learn and grow with the brewery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Deliver kegs and cans to outside accounts

 Clean draft lines at both breweries – they need to be cleaned every 2 weeks

 Assist brewer on brew days with grain out

 Clean and maintain kegs

 General brewery cleaning

 Assist on canning days

 Maintain cleanliness and minor maintenance on delivery van

 Move bagged grain as needed – deliveries to brewery, move to mill room, etc
