Temporary, medical leave, front desk position

We are looking for someone who can fill in until our front desk employee gets back from medical leave. Duration of temporary job is unknown but could be up to 6 months. It could turn into a permanent position. Applicant must know all aspects of Dentrix software. A quick learner is ideal and must know Microsoft Windows

Tasks include:

Answering the phone

Greeting patients and signaling patient arrival to clinical staff

Making recall and restorative appointments

Confirming appointments

Collecting patient co-pays

Billing insurance

Entering diagnosed treatment into Dentrix

Monitor emails and patient communications

Scanning various documents into the computer
