New Restaurant Experienced Sous Chef | Line Cook
New Orleans Creole & Chops concept opening up downtown.
Duties include: Executing current menu with consistency, prepping ingredients, preparing dishes, plating dishes, organizing and cleaning refrigerator to rotate product, cleaning after service and keeping the kitchen tidy.
Food prep items include:
Desserts | Creme Brulee, Cheesecake, Bread Pudding
Entrees | Trimming Tenderloin, Marinades, Deviled Eggs
