Store Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Managers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will assist each other and overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Train new employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.
