Responsibilities:

 Managing Prep Schedule, Orders and Daily inventory.

 Work with the team to ensure proper set-up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies.

 Preparing for service (e.g. vegetables, preparing fish, rice and sauces).

 Ensure that all Blue Ribbon recipes are maintained at the highest level of quality and consistency.

 Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a high quality and timely fashion.

 Work with the team to portion prep work for other shifts.

 Monitor product freshness and rotate product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.

 Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team and guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Positive attitude, friendly, great personality, passionate.

 Must have minimum 1 year experience working behind a sushi bar.

 Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

 Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

 Strong leadership skills.

 Familiar with industries best practices.

 Must be able to follow all safety, health and sanitation procedures.

 Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong communication and time management skills.

 Must have experience fabricate big game fish.

 Must have open availability to work on different shifts, day/night, weekends, and holidays.

 This is a Full-Time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
