- Must have more than 2 years experience

-Cut whole Fish

-Slice and Manage fish

-Ordering/ Receiving

-Follow Direction

KITCHEN MANAGER: 22 + DOE

-More than 3years Japanese Kitchen Experience

-Sushi experience is a plus

-Ordering/ Receiving

-Follow Recipes/ Measurement

ASSISTANT MANAGER: pay: 21- 23+ DOE

-Must have 2 years experience in Hospitality industry

-Kitchen Experience is a plus
