Job Title: Smoothie Shop Team Member

Job Summary:

We're seeking friendly, energetic, and health-conscious individuals to join our smoothie shop team! As a team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, prepare delicious smoothies, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently

· Prepare and blend smoothies according to recipes and customer requests

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the blender station, juice bar, and dining area

· Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed

· Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information

· Participate in promotional events, tastings, and in-store marketing initiatives

· Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

· Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

· Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Knowledge of smoothie ingredients and nutrition a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail

· Familiarity with smoothie preparation and juice bar operations

· Certification in food safety or handling
