Description Great opportunity for Customer Service Representative. Our client is expanding and needs amazing CSR to join the team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with managing inbound and outbound customer communications.The Customer Service Representative will be over but not limited to:
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Communicate via email, phone and chat with Customer
Update system regarding customers' information as needed
Requirements
Previous Customer Service Representative experience- required
Comfortable communicating on the phone- required
Data entry experience -required
MS office
