Director of Public Relations and Communications Mosaic is a whole-person healthcare organization offering Medicaid-funded and private pay services for people with diverse needs. Position Overview: This is an exciting role to join the Mosaic team, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the Director of Public Relations & Communication is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the Mosaic communications strategies. You will play a key role in leading organization-wide initiatives for the communications team while collaborating at the strategic and tactical levels with marketing, branding and digital teams. Responsibilities: Manage and mentor the communications team while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment Provide strategic guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring the achievement of internal and external communications objectives Create and implement comprehensive communications strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with internal partners and lead the development and execution of communications campaigns to enhance brand visibility, support fundraising efforts, and drive client referrals Serve on the Mission Advancement Editorial Team to develop Mosaic’s communication strategies and lead the creative development of materials/resources. Oversee all aspects of internal and external communications Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communications channels Define and implement Mosaic’s brand/identity standards to ensure clear and consistent articulation of Mosaic’s desired image and position Support the communications needs of Mosaic’s affiliates Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role. Proven experience in budget and financial management.
