Storage Facilty Maintenance/Carpentry

We are in the search of property maintenance/carpenter position at one of our busy Anchorage locations.

Must be skilled with working with wood especially when it comes to building repairs. Must be familiar with tools and the specific use of them.

Your resume should reflect your carpentry skills.

Duties will include but not limited to: repairing walls, sheet rock, framing, finish work, gutters, roofs, doors, changing light fixtures, and snowplowing

If you have no skills or training in carpentry this is not the position for you

It is a full time position, 9am to 6pm.

You must be always on time, bright, self motivated, honest, and willing to be a team player but be able to work alone and be on task and prioritize.

The right candidate needs to be able to lift over 30lbs.
