Ace Self Storage is looking for a part time customer service professional to Join our team!

Ace Self Storage is a progressive, family-owned self-storage company that has been in business for over 30 years. Presently, the company is comprised of multiple self-storage locations in California and Nevada. If you are looking to join a stable, well-established company, we want to add your skill set to our team!

Required Skills and Experience:

Customer service, works effectively in a minimally supervised environment.

Looking for someone who works well with others and has solid work ethic.

Effective communication skills.

Must have valid driver license and transportation.

Job Description:

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Excellent customer service

Answer inquiries by phone and email

Schedule appointments for new rentals

Provide tours of facility

Process payments

Prepare and sign rental agreements and complete all necessary paperwork

Follow up with prospects
