Epoxy Floor Installer - Experience Preferred

We are a very busy, rapidly growing commercial epoxy flooring company located in Enfield, CT with an immediate need for epoxy installers who have an in depth knowledge of the epoxy industry. The ideal candidate would have 3 years or more of experience installing epoxy floor/wall products, experience in concrete polishing is a plus.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Knowledge and ability to run and properly operate a shot-blasting machine

Knowledge and ability to properly prepare a concrete surface

Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in this trade

Possess an OSHA 10 card or be willing to obtain one upon hiring

Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record acceptable by DOT Standards

Be able to work flexible hours and weekends occasionally when needed

Demonstrate initiative and high energy level

Demonstrate safety behavior

Customer-focused, team-player attitude

Must pass post-offer background, pre-employment screening, DOT Physical and drug test

Partial list of physical requirements are as follows:

Frequently stand/squat/kneel for long periods of time

Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 pounds

Ability to operate hand held grinders or sanders

Ability to work state/government projects

Ability to work well with other trades while on job sites
