Part-time Maintenance Worker for Mobile Home Park

Looking for an able-bodied maintenance worker for mobile home parks with skills in electrical and plumbing. Wednesdays-Fridays between 25-30 hours a week. Must be strong and able to work in heat. Must have own tools and truck or van. Pay based on experience with many additional bonus opportunities. Non-smoking is a plus.
