MAINTENANCE

Duties for this position include:

-Performing routine maintenance around the hotel's buildings

-Fixing structural damage

-Window, door or wall repairs, etc.

-Plumbing repairs

-Painting

Requirements:

-Able to work outside in the sun, heat and rain

-Must have transportation to work

Expected hours: 40 per week
