Recruiter / Customer Service Coordinator-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
A Community Employment Provider With 30 Years Experiences Seeking BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) Individuals who has worked in an office environment. Person must have good presentation, friendly, motivated, respectful and good manners. Person must have good Customer Service Skills, communicate well in both languages (English/Spanish), with a clear and welcoming voice, use good grammar/writing skills and computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:
40- Hours Work Schedule and alternating Saturday
Assist and help customers/applicants find jobs and enjoys working with people
Must like making calls and answering the phone calls: Telemarketer mentality with warm welcoming voice!
Must have valid Driver's License if we need to assist customer to the jobsite.
THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS TO ASSIST AND TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS AND OFFICE NEEDS!
OFFICE DUTIES:
Front Desk; Assist, greet and help customers and client's needs, answering the phone calls on the first ring, data entry, filing, scanning, updating Excel Spreadsheets on daily basis, and keeping up with the paperwork.
Person must have a good memory, organized, self-motivated, multi-tasker /detailed, good attitude, reliable/go to work every day and Team Player.
INVOLVED IN OTHER OFFICE DUTIES EVENTS:
Person will also support and coordinate with other QA Team Members with office events; Job Fairs, Community Events, Flea Markets, and passing out business cards/flyers to local food pantries and churches, etc
OTHER DUTIES MAY CONSIST OF:
Housekeeping, throwing out the garbage, changing light bulbs, sweeping the front of the office, shoveling the snow up front, sidewalk and parking lot and putting salt down as needed, etc
OFFICE SCHEDULE:
Split Shift: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and alternating Saturday's from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
PRE-PLACEMENT SCREENING:
Homeland Security E-Verify, Criminal Background Check, and Drug Screening
PAY RATE: 17.50 and after the 90 days probationary period and pay increase after we evaluate your work performance/attendance, and punctuality.
