Customer Service Rep/Sales

We are an independent insurance agency in the Wenatchee Valley since 1981 and are committed to providing the best service and up to date knowledge for our clients.
The insurance industry is forever changing and developing just like we are, and we are looking for someone who can provide EXCELLENT service and join our team.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Provide friendly customer service in a prompt and accurate manor. Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers and claim submissions.
Educate customers about insurance options and provide clarification regarding ever changing insurance guidelines.
Requirements:
WA Property & Casualty License (Or willing to obtain with in 6 months)
1+ yr experience in sales/insurance
High School Diploma
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Enthusiastic about the role insurance products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and/or recover from the unexpected.
Excellent follow up / multi-tasking skills
Organizational skills
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Eager to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work in a team environment
