Named Best New Bar in San Francisco by SF Magazine. Left Door is seeking for a strong Chef de Partie/Lead Line Cook.
Requirements:
Candidates should have fine dining establishment background or high volume Restaurant experience, passion for excellence and being able to work clean, efficiently and independently, have knowledge of high quality ingredients
-Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Proven experience as a lead line cook in a well stablished, or high end restaurant.
-Strong understanding of classic and contemporary cooking techniques.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
-As a line cook at Left Door, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dishes and upholding the high standards of our establishment.
-Collaborate with the kitchen to maintain a well organized and efficient work space, adhere to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
