Lead Line Cook
Pig in a Pickle BBQ has been a favorite in Marin for 10 years and the Emeryville Location opened in 2018. The Emeryville location is set up in a deli style format so the Line Cook/Meat Cutter will take the orders directly from the customer, cutting meat to order. English fluency and customers service skills are mandatory. This position will also tend to the smoker throughout the shift and will heat sides as necessary while tending to the line of customers.
Requirements:
2 years restaurant experience (this experience must be current)
Excellent knife skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be reliable - Self- motivated when slow and able to work at a quick pace when busy
Shifts available are from 3-11pm
(restaurant closes at 8pm so 8-11 is tending the smoker and prep work for next day)
