Manager, Variable Sales Compensation

Manage team of compensation analyst, responsible for compensation plan administration in Anaplan and field dispute resolution. ManageProject plan and create schedules for the variable compensation team. Interact with the Sales ops Plan design team and project management. Work closely with Sr. Management on both Strategic and Operational planning of the Application. Manage and administer target setting for account management roles. Manage team of compensation analysts specialized in Anaplan. Key partner in Compensation Plan Strategy development with Sr. Leadership Partner with Manager, Business systems on defining Anaplan change requirements and partnering on the implementation cycle. Support transactional adjustments in Anaplan during Monthly close. Support compensation strategy team, by providing transaction or crediting related data sets. Support in-take training and communication of the administered compensation plan changes. Administer and pay compensation plans on the Anaplan platform Act as Escalation point of contact for commission requests & disputes. Support commission expense forecast for all plans. Ensure the direct reports comply with SLA and SOX requirements.What you bring to the table: High level of curiosity for and a logical approach to problem solving utilizing large data sets. Proven ability to take large complex data sets and turn them into actionable information Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with Business Unit, Finance partners, and Senior Leadership Manage Project plan and create schedules for the variable compensation team.
