Job Description:Oversees strategy, media and creative of all owned marketing assets such as email and organic social as well as corresponding on site assets.Responsibilities:Acts as internal point person for all owned channels by building relationships with cross functional groups such as Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing and Web Store OperationsIn partnership with Creative, oversees photography process by ensuring seasonal merchandise needs are met, selecting talent, and approving final photography selectionsSets marketing direction and oversees team on execution of Influencer plansSets marketing direction and oversees team and agency on execution of multi-channel PR plansClosely collaborate with critical business partners (Merchandising, Site Operations) and marketing partners (Consumer Insights & Analytics (CI&A), Media/Digital Marketing) on measurement of Marketing initiativesEnsure marketing spend is on budget and that funds are allocated to generate high-impact results with maximum efficiency and an eye towards continuous improvementOversee two Marketing Specialists in their day-to-day activities and coach them on performance and professional development.Experience:6-8 years of ad agency or client side Advertising/Marketing experienceAgency and/or retail experience is preferredMulti-channel, integrated thinker who can connect the dots between objectives & channelsSkills:Strong communication skillsExcellent project management skills and attention to detailOrganization and multi-tasking skillsCampaign production knowledgeHighly motivated/ambitious and a new idea generatorEducation:Bachelor’s degreeAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
