This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial team in a newly created position at a well know financial firm. The ideal candidate will be a smart, capable individual who can serve as a right-hand person to executives. This role offers the unique chance to truly make the position your own. Primary responsibilities include managing phones, maintaining schedules, processing expense reports, coordinating meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, and handling various ad hoc projects. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the office and overseeing diverse office management duties. This position is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to provide crucial administrative support to a developing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Scheduling appointments, booking meetings, aligning calendars, etc.

● Managing communication to ensure seamless transition between various locations, time zones and travel support teams

● Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

● Manage heavy correspondence

● Support on long-term organizational projects, including large- trips, personal travel coordination and global inventory

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 2 plus years’ relevant experience in coordination, executive support, or administrative roles

● A confident self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently and taking direction

● College Grad

● A roll-up-your-sleeves, no-task-too-small attitude, preferred

● Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with sophistication and ease
