Our client, a global fintech company in Manhattan is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to add to their team. The hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm four days in the office with one remote.Responsibilities:Provide support to the President and CRO and other Executives as neededAct as the point person for all office-related needs from various supporting departmentsTake the lead in planning social gatherings; manage budgets, vendors and make suggestions while being a culture carrierHandle new-hire equipment setup and mailingOrder, stock and restock supplies, manage shipping and receiving vendors for incoming packages and mail, organize team lunches/catering as neededBook meeting rooms for client visits and seatings for other employees visiting the NY officeManage the badging system with securityLead the office relocation to Midtown, Manhattan early 2025Qualifications:5-10+ years of experience in financial services or techBA requiredExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsProactive, organized, detail oriented and passionate about engage the team and being the culture carrierAgile and flexible to ever-changing priorities, mature and professional demeanor who isn't afraid to say 'no'Compensation/Benefits:Up to $100k base depending on experience + overtime + bonus Great benefits!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
