Parking Facility Customer Service Representative

Parking NW is hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operation at our commercial parking locations while delivering service in a courteous and attentive manner to the guests.

Customer Service Representative greets customers when entering and exiting, assists customers with entry/exit transactions, maintains parking equipment in operating condition with receipt paper and tickets, and reports any issues or nuances to the Operation Manager.

Principal Duties

- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

- Monitor entrance and exit transactions and the number of available spaces.

- Control traffic at entrance and exit as needed.

- Cleaning duties may include litter patrols, dusting, and cleaning the parking equipment.

- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, concerns, and relay information to Manager.

- Immediately report any incidents or safety concerns to Manager.

- Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates.

- Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to verbally communicate with guests

- Previous customer service experience, preferred

Wages and Benefits

- $18 per hour
