Office Manager For Plastic Surgery Practice and MedSpa
We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team. Our plastic surgeon is board certified, has been in practice for 24 years, and has a phenomenal team that has helped back his success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks in a medical office setting, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient service.
Duties:
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the scheduling system efficiently.
- Greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Support event planning and coordination for patient-related activities.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with budgeting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Coordinate schedules for staff and manage other staff related day to day opperations
Requirements:
- 5 years of previous experience in medical office management is preferred, plastic surgery or non-plastic surgery related
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and basic accounting principles is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in office management tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in file management and document organization.\
