Seeking Honest, Reliable, LOCAL Independent 1099 Gutter Cleaning Sub-Contractors!
MUST HAVE CONTRACTOR LICENSE & INSURANCE. No exceptions.
Simple: Gutter Cleaning / Gutter Repairs.
We send you the photos and specs of upcoming jobs in advance and you go do the work.
(We take pride in no mess left behind and a 30 day no clog guarantee.
We value great work and a shared vision of mutual success!
Must have your own tools, ladders, equipment, truck or van.
Must have up to date Certificate of Insurance, Drivers License, and Auto Insurance.
Must follow and enforce strict ladder safety protocols on each job; ie, Ladder Stabilizers a must.
Ability to speak English, read / understand job work orders.
Most jobs are on 24', 28', and some jobs, 32’ / rare, but sometimes 40' Extension Ladders.
Ability to submit text photos after your work is completed.
If you are a 1 man crew, you do not need Workers Comp, if you have a helper, then you need to carry WC.
We work primarily on 2nd and 3rd floor residential homes and condo associations.
We travel only in a 25 mile radius from our office in East Windsor. Mostly 12 surrounding CT towns.
Steady year round work. Top Pay, with way above national industry rates!
We can send you 1 to 3 jobs a day, depending on the level of difficulty and your desired work flow.
We can fill your schedule 1, 2 or 3 day work week depending on your eagerness & ability to work.
We are not a "blow and go" company. We flush entire gutter system & do gutter tune-ups with every NEW customer cleaning job.
