Workers' Compensation Law Firm is seeking secretary for immediate hire. Applicant must be friendly, detail oriented, a fast learner, organized and able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and during telephone calls they will make to other law offices and doctors' offices. This is a fast paced environment where multitasking will be needed. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Proficient writing and grammar skills. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Answering telephones

Contacting doctor's offices to make appointments, sending out appointment notices, following up on medical reports

Filing away mail, scanning, photocopying

Assisting paralegals with less complicated tasks so that paralegals can concentrate on more difficult tasks
