Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Residential Painter to join our team in San Marcos! In this role, you will be responsible for painting the interiors and exteriors of residential properties, ensuring a fresh and appealing look for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Painting: Apply paint, stain, and finishes to various surfaces in residential homes.

Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed before painting.

Detail Work: Ensure neat and clean lines, and take care with detail work such as trims and moldings.

Clean Up: Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials after each job.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with property managers to understand their painting needs and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in residential painting or related work.

Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Physical ability to perform painting tasks, including lifting and climbing.

Compensation:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly pay!

Shift Details:
Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
