Assistant Store Manager
-Assistant manager should have strong leadership and problem-resolving skills,

-Supporting the Store manager in all aspects of running a retail store.
-Responsible for the smooth running of the store's daily operations and have the following duties:
-Inspecting shipments, purchasing inventory and managing stock orders
-resolving complaints, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Increasing sales, analyzing performance data, and getting goals
-Ensuring the store is clean and safe, and that the operations align with company policies
-Writing reports, making recommendations.
-Taking over responsibility for the store if the manager is absent
