KEN (omakase) - Hiring part/full-time chef (no experience required)
KEN is an omakase restaurant in San Francisco influenced by Edomae-style sushi and Kaiseki cuisine. We seat up to seven guests at the bar for an intimate and immersive dining experience. While we’ve received positive reviews from our guests on Yelp and have been featured in The Infatuation, we are constantly striving to grow and improve.
We are looking for a motivated chef to join our team and help us on this journey!
No prior experience required. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
This is a high-impact role where you will help with daily preparation before service and other kitchen responsibilities. Depending on the shift worked, you may also assist with serving customers during dinner service or be willing to learn how to do so. You should demonstrate attention to detail with every task and exhibit a curious attitude and excitement to learn about Japanese cuisine and beverages. You’ll take ownership and pride in every plate delivered to the customer, directly contributing to the restaurant’s success.
