Empire Sales a Verizon Partner is currently seeking an experienced Telecom Technician to join our team in Atlanta. This is a part-time or full-time position with competitive weekly pay and gas expenses covered. The starting date is as soon as possible.

Work Territory: Duluth, Norcross, Smyrna, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Lawrenceville

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems, including modems, routers, and other network devices.

Configure routers to ensure proper network connectivity and functionality.

Establish and secure Wi-Fi networks, including setting and updating Wi-Fi passwords.

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including both hardware and software problems.

Install and maintain cables for telephone, internet, and television services.

Provide customer support regarding telecommunications services and equipment.

Run tests and diagnostics to ensure all installed equipment and connections are functioning correctly.

Update and upgrade existing telecommunications systems to improve performance and security.

Keep detailed records of installations, repairs, and service calls.

Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telecom Technician.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of telecommunications systems.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
