eCommerce/ Amazon sales/ Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
Penn Elcom is seeking a new full time employee for our North Austin office.
We are a small office (currently three employees) who manages the companies Ecommerce accounts.
We need a new team member who speaks English and Spanish to help us push our Amazon sales into more Spanish speaking territories. This is a full time - permanent position - in office (not remote work)
Job Description:
The position will work closely with the General Manager for online sales in North America. The primary function of the role will be to help expand online sales using 3rd party marketing places in South, Central and North America.
Duties will include:
Managing sales on 3rd party market places in key Central and South American countries. These platforms will include Amazon and Mercado Libre.
Uploading products and marketing related to these marketplaces.
Communicating with relevant depots and managing customers communication.
Providing support to enhance existing sales on North American 3rd party marketplaces.
Required Skills:
Individual must have fluent Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience with managing product sales on Amazon.
Preferably experienced in managing product sales on Mercado Libre but not essential.
Decent digital skills – e.g Website product uploads, google sheets / share-point management etc
Competent with Microsoft Office
Must be proactive, organized, eager to learn with good time management skills.
Beneficial Skills:
Experienced with managing sales on an eCommerce platforms.
Experience using social media for enhancing sales.

Penn Elcom offers insurance, Paid time off and 401K after entry period.
Starting salary is $47,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience) - hourly position
There is plenty of room to grow. This is not a work-from-home position and you must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week in office, Monday through Friday.
