Butcher bar a meat and whiskey focused Restaurant seaking a Restaurant Manager
Basic JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of restaurant
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience and a consistent high level of service is provided
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper staff uniforms, and appearance standards
- Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, upholding service standards, cash handling, product quality and daily tasks
- Provide direction to employees by providing ongoing feedback and maintaining performance expectations
- Work well with other FOH Managers as well as BOH Managers and all staff
- Open and closing restaurant on given days according to schedule
- Scheduling Hiring FOH employees
- Oversee maintaining Liquor/beer Wine ordering
- FOH inventory and ordering
- Manage restaurant profit & loss to optimize manageable profit, control COGS (cost of goods sold) & total labor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 year managment experience required
- A combination of practical experience and education a plus
- Prior experience with Opentable, schedulefly, Digital dining Future POS preferred
