Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role will require a strong focus on administrative duties within the property management industry, offering a contract employment opportunity. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property administration and client services. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients and residents, handling phone inquiries and interacting with clients in person Process and disperse checks, ensuring accurate record keeping Manage data entry tasks and maintain organized, up-to-date files Draft and distribute letters using pre-existing templates Assist with posting notices on doors as required Cover front desk duties as necessary, providing excellent customer service Handle the typing up of handwritten reports with precision and timeliness Use Microsoft Excel and other software to maintain and update records Engage in regular interaction with formerly homeless adult clients, demonstrating emotional intelligence and fair judgment Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, such as Property Administration or Real Estate Management. Prior experience in Administrative Assistance is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Candidates should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work are vital. Basic understanding of property law and its application in the real estate sector would be beneficial. Familiarity with property management software could be advantageous. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Candidates should have a high level of professionalism and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
