Test Center Administrator
Description We are in search of a Test Center Administrator in San Francisco, California. This role focuses on administering various standardized tests, ensuring compliance with testing policies, and providing technical support for computer-based testing systems. As a Test Center Administrator, you will also be responsible for managing candidate support, supervising testing staff, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinate and administer various standardized tests, such as academic, certification, entrance, and vocational tests Ensure the security of test materials and adhere strictly to testing policies and procedures Verify candidate identification and maintain confidentiality of test results Manage and troubleshoot computer-based testing systems, including the installation, maintenance, and updates of hardware and software Provide clear instructions to candidates, address their queries, and ensure a conducive testing environment Recruit, train, and supervise proctors and other testing staff, ensuring proper staffing for test administration Maintain accurate records of test administrations, scores, and incidents Prepare reports as required, utilizing skills in data entry and Microsoft Excel Ensure the testing center is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies and materials Respond to customer inquiries and process customer credit applications as needed. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Proven ability in call center customer service Strong data entry skills Ability to manage email correspondence effectively Experience in order entry Capacity to schedule appointments Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
