Req ID: RQ188649Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NonePublic Trust/Other Required: NACI (T1)Job Family: Data AnalysisSkills:Agile Methodology,Communication,Deliverables Management,People Management,PrioritizationExperience:8 + years of related experienceJob Description:GDIT plays a leading role as the Medicare Transaction Facilitator, for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services , sharing financial transactions between drug manufacturers and pharmacy dispensers for the negotiated Maximum Fair Price drugs.GDIT is seeking a Data Analytics / Program Integrity Lead who will lead a team of Data Scientists / Data Analysts and will work collaboratively with CMS to define, develop, test and deliver top quality analysis results for CMS requests.HOW A DATA ANALYTICS/PROGRAM INETEGRITY LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Manages a team of 10 to 15 data Scientist/Data Analyst resources.
Responsible for creating schedules/timelines/roadmaps for the team’s tasks/projects.
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules, task orders and administrative reporting and provide recommendations to client on task workload.
Monitors progress of team’s deliverables and communicate status to all appropriate stakeholders.
Attends and/or facilitating meetings and forums with all the stakeholders on both technical and business project topics.
Participates in collaborative reviews of Use Cases, SQL development and deliverables.
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management, and serves as an advocate for team members.
Participates in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies.
Collaborates with team members and management to identify risks and mitigation activities.
Escalates to Resource Management and Scrum Masters the appropriate team issues and accomplishments.
Defines, communicates, and promotes best practices.
Mentors and guides less experienced team members on designing, developing, testing and presenting their analysis.
Participates in meetings and discussions for any new work, including special projects, to identify team impacts as well as assisting with high level ROMs and detailed estimates.
Participates in special projects as required.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
8+ years related IT quality assurance experience, including prior experience leading/managing a team.
Familiarity with Medicare data and business processes, specifically Part D and Part B claims.
Highly proficient with Structured Query Language (SQL) on one or more database platforms.
Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or related Agile methodology.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust

The likely salary range for this position is $122,366 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
