Director of Integration and Transformation, Office of the CFO Role Summary The Director of Integration and Transformation within the Office of the CFO is focused on supporting the execution of the CFO’s strategy, analytical problem-solving, and creation of artifacts synthesizing key insights to help drive outcomes to support a culture of empowerment with accountability. The Director of Integration and Transformation will focus on driving integration opportunities across future acquisitions that connect to the Finance organization, and is continuously executing upon proactive transformation opportunities. This individual will be strategically focused, an agile utility player who can flex as needed, manage competing priorities with ease, and successfully navigate across multiple functions and stakeholder groups to achieve high quality results with speed.The Director of Integration and Transformation possesses strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex information – both qualitative and quantitative with the big picture in mind. This role will combine critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and present comprehensive information in a simplified way allowing for easy and fast decision making by leaders. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is poised for a unique hands-on opportunity to receive professional development, coaching, and on the job learning.Core Attributes

Drives integration opportunities across the enterprise especially related to future acquisitions, navigating across a diverse set of stakeholders with a high degree of uncertainty in a high paced environment

Leads tactical project management of various workstreams of varying levels of complexity and time criticality

Develops executive level presentations and identifying key action items and insights

Actively looks for ways to improve processes to create efficiencies and executes upon transformation and integration opportunities

Demonstrates the ability to understand our business and how we can make more efficient

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a business field

CPA preferred

15 years of experience in management consulting / professional services, operations, transformation, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of PowerBI and MS Excel including advanced tools and formulas, complex tables and charts

Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and similar presentation tools

Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels of management and interpersonal skills

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate the “big picture"

Proven experience working in a matrix environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders and functions

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $187,500 and $312,500 per year.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $202,500 and $337,500 per year.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $215,600 and $359,400.
