Bartender, min 5 yr experience

Traxx Restaurant inside Union Station is currently looking to expand our team with a new Bartender. We're dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in our vibrant, fast-paced environment, and are seeking individuals who can uphold and exceed these standards.

Bartender Responsibilities:

- Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

- Speed and finesse behind the bar

- Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons

- Washing and polishing between drink preparations

- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks

- Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

- This job requires a lot of cleaning and stocking duties during the shift.

Qualifications:

- Proven bartending experience, minimum 5 years

- Mixology skills and knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Attention to cleanliness and safety

- Patience and a customer-oriented approach

- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

- Responsible and trustworthy

- Absolutely no drinking on the clock

- Must be able to move and hook up 1/2bbl beer kegs
