Yacht Club Food Server

We're a yacht club in Point Loma that offers great food & service in a relaxed, friendly, & beautiful environment. We're looking for an awesome Front of House Server to help our great team.

General Description:

Servers will interact with customers, take orders, run food, clear tables, and do side work. Member satisfaction is one number one priority.

Requirements:

- Positive attitude

- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills

- Organized and understand the importance of cleanliness/organization

- Strong work ethic / work with pace when needed

- Strong POS skills (we use Toast)

- Attention to detail / ability to multitask

- Reliable and dependable

Responsibilities:

- Provide great customer service to guests and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Maintain cleanliness & organization of FOH areas & storage

- Communicate important information to management

Schedule:

Wednesday - Sunday (exact shifts TBD)

Flexibility is a plus

Pay:

$16.85 / hr + guaranteed tips
