A boutique law firm specializing in estate and trust law is looking for a full-time or part-time Office Clerk. We are a small, congenial law firm with 5 attorneys and 7 staff. The candidate should be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position will include processing and sending physical mail and emails, filing and maintaining both physical and electronic files, copying and scanning, basic word processing, and back-up receptionist duties (answering the telephone, conference room set up, food ordering, coordinating deliveries, AV equipment set up, and maintaining kitchen and common areas). This is an entry-level position for a person who is a fast learner. The ability to work with others, multi-task, and respond to clients’ inquiries in a courteous manner is an important aspect of this position. Above average attention to detail is important.

Compensation for a full-time employee is $20 an hour. We will also consider a part-time applicant who would like to job share.
