Live-In SUPER (Plumbing/Electrical Experience A MUST)

We are looking to hire a new Superintendent at one of our North East Bronx properties. This is a 32-BJ Union position, with great benefits & perks. After completion of the probationary 90 day period, this employment comes with an onsite apartment, onsite parking can be accommodated + cell phone reimbursement.

This position is for someone with FULL KNOWLEDGE of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, painting, skim coating etc Applicant MUST have knowledge in construction and must be willing to learn.

Must have a valid driver's license, excellent reading skills, knowledge of email any OSHA training is a PLUS!
