What you’ll do:
Be the face of our Credit Union: greet members with a warm smile and friendly attitude
Fast Track Transactions: Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance accurately and efficiently
Build Customer Relationships: Our members aren’t just numbers. You’ll develop meaningful connections by actively listening, addressing their needs, and offering solutions
Be a Financial Advisor Sidekick: As the first point of contact, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce members to our array of financial services and products. Whether it’s savings accounts, loans, or investment opportunities, you’ll guide them to the right chapters in their financial journey
Bilingual Expertise: Bilingual candidates may participate in our newly added Bilingual Pay Program! After completion of written and oral exam, employees may receive $1.00 per hour pay premium.
What’s Required:
Qualified candidates will be required to have the equivalent of a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) month to one (1) year of Teller, retail and / or customer service experience
Must be willing to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to, but not exceeding 50 pounds
Candidates will need to work 20-25 hours per week and will require flexibility within the posted office hours; 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. with most help needed for closing shifts until 5:45 p.m. Candidates will be required to work Thursdays, and two-three Saturdays per month, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Pay and Benefits:
Competitive starting rate of $17.00 per hour
When bilingual in Spanish or Hmong, receive $1.00 / hour pay premium after completing and passing the language exam

Experience
Required
