Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Benefits Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking

information and assistance with their benefits packages. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to

learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will have the opportunity to

provide valuable support to our members and gain a strong foundation in the world of benefits

administration.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist existing clients through phone and/or online about account management, content and

basic product application.

 Help keep both internal and customer-facing support documentation up-to-date.

 Actively provide recommendations for continuous product and process improvement

 Build scalable customer-facing resources for common questions and issues.

 Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate

products and services.

 Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value

propositions.

 Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits programs, coverage, and eligibility.

 Assist members with benefits enrollment, changes, and updates.

 Provide clear and accurate information on benefit options and plans.

 Collaborate with the benefits team to ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry.

 Assist in resolving benefits-related issues and escalating complex cases as needed.

 Stay up-to-date on changes in benefits regulations and policies.

 Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive member information with care.

 Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
