Office Administrator - PART TIME

Tri Valley Tire is a commercial tire sales and service company located in San Leandro and established in 2014.

We are currently looking for a part time office administrator to join our team. Must be able to work (in person) Monday - Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, attention to detail and must be very organized. Must have great attendance record and Spanish speaking is a plus.

General duties include:

Answer telephone

Greet customers

Dispatch service techs

Bill customers

Process customers payments

Order supplies

Filing
