Accounting Manager

Job DescriptionReconcile balance sheet accounts, create workpapers, manage fixed asset entries and depreciation, record accruals for assets and liabilities, record sales tax and liability adjustments. Strong understanding of Accrual Basis accounting: Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, and Deferred Revenue needs to be tracked and adjusted monthly. Review GL coding for accurate categorization on financial reporting. 10+ years Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word advanced skills Experience with other SaaS platforms such as Bill.com, Ramp, Divvy, Expensify, Purchase Control, Clio, and other accounting integrations / software is helpful. Willingness to learn new software.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
