Accounting Clerk/Assistant Bookkeeper
We are looking for a responsible person to assist in the accounting department. This position would assist the accounts receivable clerk with billing, emailing invoices and preparing bank deposits. The ideal candidate will have some basic bookkeeping knowledge and some experience with Word, Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Billing, emailing invoices and preparing bank deposits.
Assist with administrative tasks on an as needed basis including, data/order entry
Keeping financial information confidential.
Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications/Skills:
Prior experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong multitasking abilities
Have a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
