Receptionist
Description Our client is a thriving construction company specializing in world-class construction services for various industries. We are currently seeking a personable and efficient Receptionist to join their team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a professional and pleasant environment in our office, and enabling effective communication within the team and with our clients.Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to appropriate individuals and assisting them as needed.
Answer and manage incoming calls, including customer inquiries, messages, and complaints.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and maintaining company calendars.
Provide administrative assistance such as filing, typing, copying, and data entry.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the office.
Keep the reception area and common areas clean and organized.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
High school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a client service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
