Receptionist
Description We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our client's dynamic team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the 'face' of our company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we make.Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls ensuring quality communication.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary stationery and materials.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Update calendars and schedule meetings as necessary.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school degree; additional certifications or education is a plus.
