Description We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator based in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you will be part of our Human Resources team, working remotely to provide support in various recruitment processes. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is ideal for those with strong administrative skills and experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.Responsibilities: Prepare and dispatch offer letters to potential employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Regularly update the Applicant Tracking System throughout the hiring process. Provide comprehensive onboarding support to new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team. Coordinate and oversee background screening and drug testing for candidates, adhering to standard procedures. Monitor candidate screening processes and report status to relevant stakeholders. Handle escalations of complex cases in alignment with company policy. Participate in biweekly calls, providing updates and insights on recruitment processes. Manage additional administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating strong organization and detail-orientation. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy when handling sensitive candidate information. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook for daily tasks and communications. Requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to correspond with various stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrable experience in reporting and monitoring tools. Familiarity with hiring processes, onboarding procedures, and managing vendors. Experience with Applicant Track System. Proficient in internet usage and maintenance of websites. Strong understanding and practice of confidentiality in HR administration. Ability to handle complaints in accordance with company policy. Proven experience in leading special projects. Knowledge of laptop hardware and Assertion Markup Language. Proficiency in Language Interpretation. Experience in using 'About Time' software. Demonstrable quality assurance skills. Must have a solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) administration.
