Expereinced Porter - $20 an hour

We are a fast-growing call center with over 200 employees, providing exceptional services to law firms across the country. Our Las Vegas contact center is dedicated to excellence, and maintaining a clean and professional workspace is key to our success. We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Time Porter to join our team.

As a Full-Time Porter, you'll be responsible for keeping our office spaces clean, organized, and presentable for clients, visitors, and vendors. You’ll maintain restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, and glass surfaces, while also managing necessary cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Restroom Maintenance:

- Clean and sanitize four restrooms regularly.

- Restock paper towels, soap, and other supplies.

- Report plumbing or facility issues.

2. Break Room Care:

- Clean and organize two break rooms (tables, countertops, appliances).

- Ensure refrigerators and microwaves are clean.

- Restock snacks and beverages as needed.

3. Lobby and Common Areas:

- Keep the lobby clean, including desks, seating, and decor.

- Dust and clean surfaces to maintain a professional appearance.

4. Meeting and Conference Rooms:

- Clean and organize meeting rooms before and after use.

- Set up materials and refreshments for meetings.

- Report technical issues with audiovisual equipment.

5. Glass Surface Care:

- Clean windows, doors, and partitions to ensure they are streak-free.

6. Supply Management:

- Track and request cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

- Keep an organized inventory.

7. Garbage Disposal:

- Empty office bins daily and follow waste disposal guidelines.

8. General Maintenance:

- Vacuum, mop, and perform deep cleaning as needed.

- Identify areas that need extra attention.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

- Comfortable walking up and down stairs.

Qualifications:

- Experience in porter or janitorial work.

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.

- Good time management skills.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
