Pastry Chef catering
We are looking for a qualified and creative pastry chef.
Operative hours are early mornings 30 to 35 hours per week.
Looking to fill this position with a creative and passionate experienced individual who will pay attention to detail.
Take personal pride in their work and the capability to suggest new ideas for customizing a clients requests.
Punctuality is always important but must be required.
Ability to raise the caliber and presentation of any and all desserts.
Must work well with our current pastry chef and other staff members.
Must be able to complete tasks even under pressure in a very busy catering kitchen.
Must carry a sense of urgency in order to meet different orders and schedules for clients.
Must maintain a clean and organized work station.
Must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and always be respectful to the other coworkers in the kitchen.
Duties and tasks include:
Helping to create and construct desserts, including a variety of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cornbreads, sheet cakes, puddings, biscuits etc.
This is for an immediate position.
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour to start D.O.E.
